Still have questions?

Whether you’re booking a site inspection, planning an overhaul, or just want to understand what can be repaired instead of replaced, we’ve included answers to some of the most common engineering-related queries below:

Can you repair equipment on-site or does it need to be brought to your facility?

We do both. Minor faults and certain component swaps can be resolved on-site. For full strip-downs, reconditioning, or bench testing, we bring equipment into our workshop where we have full tooling and access to stock parts.

Do you recondition older equipment or just replace it?

Reconditioning is a big part of what we do. If components are serviceable, we’ll restore them to working order. If they’re not, we can fabricate or source direct replacements, always with a view to extending system life before recommending full replacement.

Will the same engineer stay involved throughout the project?

Yes, wherever possible. The same MPE engineer who inspects your equipment will often lead or support the works, providing continuity from diagnosis through to resolution.

What kinds of systems can your engineers support?

Our team works across diesel and gas power generation, control systems, electrical panels, switchgear, and integrated site systems. We’re familiar with a wide range of OEMs and legacy equipment.

Do you offer planned service agreements alongside engineering support?

Yes. We offer tailored service packages that combine preventative maintenance, condition monitoring, and access to engineering support for upgrades or unplanned issues.

Can I speak directly with an engineer before scheduling works?

Absolutely. We can arrange a call or site visit with one of our engineers to review your requirements and determine the best course of action, before any decisions are made.

Engineering you can rely on

Need more than a quick fix? Our engineers bring hands-on experience, in-house capability, and on-site support, so you get lasting solutions, not short-term patches.
