Our workshop environment provides the space, equipment, and structure needed for controlled, accurate engineering at every stage. From initial strip-down through inspection, machining, rebuild, and final assembly, our engineers maintain full visibility of each component and process. Specialist tooling

Specialist tooling and dedicated lifting infrastructure, including twin 10-tonne cranes, enables safe, controlled handling of large-scale engines and assemblies. This ensures accuracy during critical stages of work from start to finish.

Completing work in-house allows us to control quality and timescales without compromise, helping reduce delays, shorten turnaround times, and maintain continuity across critical operations.

Our capabilities include head refurbishments, alternator bearing changes, container upgrades, and open-protocol control panels. Using advanced diagnostic methods, our engineers disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble engines with precision and consistency.

By keeping this work in-house, we retain full control over standards and decision-making throughout the overhaul process. Combined with structured procedures and experienced engineering, this approach delivers dependable results and supports long-term equipment performance once assets are returned to service.

Advanced diagnostics and inspection

Accurate fault-finding and condition assessment are essential to delivering effective engineering outcomes. Our workshop is equipped with advanced Jaltest diagnostic tools, allowing early identification of faults and informed technical decision-making from the outset.

In addition, we offer in-house non-destructive testing through magnetic particle inspection (magnaflux). This enables the detection of cracks and material defects that may not be visible during standard inspection, helping prevent premature failure and ensuring only serviceable components are returned to operation.
